Be Kind and Be True

I rather love this saying and is one that I do try very hard to live by on a daily basis.

To stitch this new pattern I chose a colour scheme of pretty pastels.  I must admit whilst searching through my achive of photo's for inspiration, I was rather spoilt for choice.  These were some of my favourites......

As you can see from the photo's I stuck to my forever favourite stitches, Back Stitch, Straight Stitch, Lasy Daises, Satin Stitch and French Knots, but as always, please feel free to stitch the pattern using your favourites.  Here are some close ups for you....

If you are new to embroidery, you may wish to simply stitch the wording as shown below.  If you would like to find out how to cover the embroidery frame with fabric, take a look here.

The pattern is available now to purchase here and here and as with all my patterns, you will receive a copy of my hand drawn "Be Kind and Be True" design, the mirror image, an Anchor embroidery colour guide and a suggested stitch guide, although as I have said already please do feel free to substitute both colours and the stitches to make it your own.  Oh and the best bit is it will be sent immediately as a PDF download, so that you can get stitching straight away.

Happy Fun!
